Three 14-ouncers anchor the mains: the Gorgonzola Rib-eye, the spice-rubbed Texas Flat Iron with bacon-cheddar mashed, and a Sweet Soy Skirt Steak over wasabi mashed potatoes. There's a full rack of BBQ baby backs when steak isn't the mood.
